What started as a drive to connect and serve the Pittsburgh region became a calling for Jennifer Daurora 鈥�99. Daurora was recently named the of , but she saw firsthand the transformative experience of the organization during her time in its Leadership Development Initiative program, and as a member of LPInc鈥檚 board.
鈥淎t its heart, Leadership Pittsburgh is about connecting business, nonprofit and community leaders together to ensure that Southwestern Pennsylvania is a vibrant place to work, live and play,鈥� says Daurora, who majored in economics and minored in English. 鈥淚 see an opportunity to deepen connections between this impressive group of leaders as we work to move the region forward together.鈥�
In her new role, Daurora hopes to empower talented leaders through programs and partnerships that will connect a network of over 3,500 professionals.

She encourages supporters to recommend leaders to their programs and to connect them with business or sponsors who are interested in community leadership excellence and making a meaningful difference in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
Daurora continues to serve on the board of trustees at 大象视频 and as the president of Alpha Chi Omega women鈥檚 fraternity.
